03

Who does what.

  • In-house. The building permit drawings, prepared by a BCIN-qualified designer, and the application through to an issued permit.
  • Coordinated. Structural design, where a project needs it, is prepared and sealed by an outside licensed professional and built into our drawings.
  • Not offered. Electrical work, plumbing design, septic design, lot grading plans and minor variance applications. Where a project needs one, we tell you early.
  • Construction. Priced and built by your contractor, from our drawings.
